Museveni gives Shs 10 million condolences to family of Ugandan killed by Rwanda security 

Rukiga Woman MP Katusiime handing over the Shs10 million to the family of the late Alex Nyesiga who was killed by Rwandan security agents last week.

President Yoweri Museveni on Monday offered Shs10 million to the family of the late Alex Nyesiga who was killed by  Rwandan security agents last week.

Nyesiga was shot dead along with a Rwandan national, John Batista Kyerengye. The shootings happened  at around 8pm at Hamisavu, trading center, Kiruhura village, Kasekye Parish, Kamwezi Sub County, in Rukiga District.

The condolence message was delivered by the Rukiga woman Member of Parliament, Caroline Kamusiime Muhwezi at the deceased’s home in Kamwezi.

While delivering the money, Hon. Kamusiime urged the father of the deceased to use the money wisely, by paying school fees of his grand children. Alex Nyesiga had separated with his wife and had produced together four children.

In his message, president Museveni promised security to the people of Kamwezi and said such an incident would never happen again.
