As the saying goes, ‘He who laughs last, laughs best’. Currently Bebe Cool is laughing from ear to ear after being crowned the Best Male Artiste in East Africa in the recently concluded AFRIMAs that happened on November 24 in Accra Ghana.
The self-claimed Big Size has proved many people, who mocked and called for a boycott on him in these awards that he still has people who love and appreciate him.
This win came as a surprise to many Ugandans who had plotted to boycott him and vote for Tanzanian Bongo Flavor artiste in the same category were Bebe was nominated.
But it seems Bebe Cool already had his winning plan up his sleeves and remained calm about the matter.
There was also a fake results post making rounds on social media showing that Platinumz was way ahead of the Nsilikamu star.
“If you know, you know” Bebe Cool said before reminding Ugandans that in Gagamel, failure is not an option.
The main Muzukulu’ was in the category with big East African artistes like Diamond Platinumz (Tanzania) Sauti sol (Kenya), Harmonize (Tanzania), Khaligraph Johns (Kenya), Nyashinski (Kenya) among others.
