Uganda’s queen of Comedy, Anne Kansiime has taunted her high school classmates who used to show off with high marks while prevented others from copying them in exams.
Kansiime, who has made her money from comedy and is a respected brand on the continent, wonders whether all those who used to cover their papers during exams in High school are billionaires nowdays!
“All those who used to cover their papers during exams in high school, Are you billionaires now?,” Kansiime posted on her social media page. Kansiime who started her career at Theatre Factory and now still acts with the break away outfit Fun Factory, is one of the most followed people on social media, and her videos are watched globally. She has won local and international awards, and if it emerges Anne wasn’t the smart girl of the class, her post brings back the discussion of the role of formal education in the success of individuals.
