Police has illegally blocked former Forum for Democratic Change ( FDC) presidential candidate, Dr. Kizza Besigye and Kampala City Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago from meeting people in Nakaseke where they had staged a rally to adress the residents over land matters.
Recently, Besigye started a nationwide anti- land grabbing campaign to address the aggrieved people and also teach them how they can safe guard their land from land grabbers.
According to police, the rally was illegal and the organizers didn’t pass through rightful procedures to stage the gathering.
