We shall be making a citation, to President Yoweri Museveni’s greatness;

The Year is 1986, for Purposes of national symmetry, let’s integrate all quasi army units into one formation. The UNLA, FEDEMU, FUNA and UFM must recede into the NRA people’s force. It’s time for fundamental change, taifa liinuke, for this, is the sound of the first trumpet.

In line with dialectical consciousness, let’s now bring civilians on board, for the National Resistance council, is embracing all successful patriots. Democracy is now feasible, against the hogwash past of decadent regimes.date is 11th April 1989, as statesman Museveni opens the NRC session, with a standing ovation accorded, this is surely the sound, of the Second trumpet.

Concerning the art of Variable geometry, let’s have a constitutional review commission, its pathogen transition will induce the 1996 general elections. The UPC and DP coalition fronts Dr Semogerere, as Museveni is backed by the franchise of movement nationalism, and surely trounces the opposition. A beautiful cenacle is set for a welfare state, it’s now May 1996, of course we love the sound of this third trumpet.

Agronomics now must advance the ten point Programme agenda! By February 2023, Uganda earned 900 million US dollars from coffee, tea and spices, 167 million dollars from fish and 140 million dollars from milk, eggs and honey. Accolades to hero Museveni, for reviving the east African fraternity, reminisced date is November 30th 1999! May the ancient oracles of Africa, sound with solace, this 4th trumpet with love.

It’s the Science of decentralisation, which is a modus vivendi, for the movement system and welfare of the masses. No wonder beyond equivocation, 1.5 trillion shillings, has been disbursed to all parishes in Uganda, as a model for socio- economic trajectory, as well scripted by the 5th golden rule of the ten point Programme, proclaimed in harmony with the 5th golden trumpet !

In due course and season, the 6th and 7th trumpets shall return with grandeur, all to the glory of GOD….

(Mathias Lutwama is an African Nationalist. He is also Deputy Resident District Commissioner Kiboga. Sms 0784285177)
