Now Mbonye remnant believes prophet will choose Uganda’s next president

Last week, we told you about Wisdom K. Peter, a preacher and one of Prophet Elvis Mbonye’s followers who claimed that artiste Bobi Wine will never lead Uganda.

Wisdom, said then, that even if we were tired of the current regime, ‘devil is unable to contend with these winds of change, he is so keen on replacing the current darkness with darker darkness’.

Bobi Wine, the leader of the People Power pressure group, has already shown intentions to stand for presidency in 2021.

At the weekend, he returned with another lengthy facebook ‘prophesy,’ saying ‘Some men like Prophet Elvis Mbonye have been entrusted with the ministry of prophecy’.

“When you scroll through his prophetic record, you don’t need rocket science to tell that beyond the gifting this man was given great responsibility in directing the course of the church and the nations,” he states in the post addressed ‘to whom it may concern.’

“Otherwise I will not abscond from my undelegatable duty of reminding this nation and the powers that be that Prophet Elvis Mbonye will choose the next president of Uganda. If any man has the audacity to challenge this, let them prove it with works and not with eloquence of speech or poetry.”

Mbonye has in the past intimated to a few people in his circles that his chief defender Joseph Kabuleta will become Uganda’s president.

Here is Wisdom’s post in full

For a man to say or think or teach that the ultimate manifestation of Jesus is healing and deliverance from demons……. nothing could be further from the truth.

Paul the great Apostle, after he’d taught about the way of Love and all the gifts of the Spirit, had this to say…….. “Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts , but rather that ye may prophesy.” (1Cor 14:1 KJV)

Without much explanation, it’s clear that the best spiritual gift to be desired earnestly is the gift of prophecy not healing and deliverance. Paul, though he was an apostle, the Jesus he knew was a predominantly prophesying one. Or else why would he bid us to pursue the prophetic yet he was an apostle? This is why certain men ought to be careful before sending veiled attacks to the prophetic office in the name of shedding light on the foundational truths of the gospel. We’re fully aware that their intention is to downplay the necessity and urgency of the prophetic in this day and age so that they can remain relevant in the hearts of undescerning men/believers. God cannot be mocked. They’ll soon reap the folly they are sowing.

In another place in the bible (Rev 19:10), it says thus….. “The testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy” NOT the Spirit of healing even though healing is important and very necessary. The point here really is that there’s no anointing more potent than the prophetic anointing in:

  1. Communicating the testimony of Jesus
  2. Turning men into the testimony of Jesus. (Now you know why When you dwell in the arena of the prophetic, you are turned into another man)

But you see, prophecy is beyond the gift. Some men like Prophet Elvis Mbonye have been entrusted with the ministry of prophecy. When you scroll through his prophetic record, you don’t need rocket science to tell that beyond the gifting this man was given great responsibility in directing the course of the church and the nations. Of course I expect this to offend quite a number. But whether it be here or in eternity, I’ll be vindicated on this matter.

The amount of responsibility entrusted to a man in the kingdom speaks volumes about his rank. The only challenge is that there are supposedly great people in this country who should know better yet they still pretend like there’s no prophet in Uganda. I can assure you that the most lucrative business in the Spirit is submission. When you recognise someone greater than you, submit in order to rise higher. Don’t compete, it’s antichrist to do so. Then also don’t try to use your influence to veil those under you from tapping into the greater workings of the Lord in our day. The Lord won’t hold you guiltless.

NOW!!!…….We’re about to call the shots and no man can do anything about it.

This is as the day of Elijah. The days for men to halt between two opinions are waning. As far as determining and choosing the next president of Uganda is concerned, whoever will call fire from heaven and it comes, his God this nation shall serve.

It could as well be as the day of Moses and Aaron. Whose rod shall bud and blossom overnight, his God this nation shall serve because then we shall know which man has the word of God in this nation.

At this point I will say that the above entire message is addressed to “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN”

Otherwise I will not abscond from my undelegatable duty of reminding this nation and the powers that be that Prophet Elvis Mbonye will choose the next president of Uganda. If any man has the audacity to challenge this, let them prove it with works and not with eloquence of speech or poetry.

Just passing by….
