Masaka and Mbarara have won a lottery as Uganda’s best comedy show ‘Comedy Store’ is set to bring the rib cracking comedy and entertainment to your town, during their country tour this week.
According to Alex Muhangi, the CEO of Comedy Stores, this tour is fully packaged with fan, for it will be headlined by Kenyan’s comic star Eric Omondi, songstress Rema Namakula and Weasel Manizo.
“Comedy Store is coming to Mbarara and Masaka this weekend. Join us for an evening of hard hitting comedy and thrilling entertainment, with performances from Kenyan comedy star Eric Omondi” he posted.
Ugandan comedians lined up for this event include, Mc Mariachi, Madrat and Chiko, Jaja Bruce, Mc Kapale, DrT Amale, Kalela among other.
The Mbarara show is slated to happen on Saturday March 23 at Hotel Triangle, and the Masaka show will be happening at the Rugby Grounds on March 24.
According to organizers, this comedy tour will to be taken to different parts of the country, with an aim of providing a platform to fresh comic talents that live outside Kampala, and also to take a live comedy experience to different the regions.
Comedy Stores is a weekly comedy show that happens every Thursday at UMA in Lugogo
