I have always argued that radical extremist supporters of the opposition presidential candidate for life, Kizza Besigye, are either mentally retarded or cowards or both. They cannot stand by who they are and defend their beliefs in their own name. So they use pseudo names on social media. The demented psychopathic maniac going by the name TVO, who is actually Robert Shaka, is one such coward.
After exposing his true identity on this page, he cannot look himself in the mirror and admit that he is TVO, the demented psychopathic maniac on Facebook. So he has run to lawyers to save him from his own shame. They have sent me this threatening letter, claiming to have been defamed. Now defamation is “the publication of false information that is likely to cause someone to be seen with contempt, ridicule and hatred before right thinking members of society.”
By suing for defamation Shaka is admitting that to be known as TVO would cause “right thinking members of society” to see him with contempt, ridicule and hatred. Only radical extremists supporting opposition presidential candidate for life, Besigye, cannot see TVO for the demented psychopathic maniac he is. I cannot wait for that day in court to cross examine this psychopath.
