Mathias Kasamba, the Director of Mobilisation at the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Secretariat is dead
Kasamba has been a member of the East African Legislative Assembly.
The development has been revealed by the ruling party Communications Officer Rogers Mulindwa.
“Hon. Mathias Kasamba, our Director Mobilisation and Cadre development at the NRM Secretariat is dead. He passed on from Nakasero Hospital this Tuesday evening. Details to follow,” Mulindwa said.
The former Kakuuto legislator served in parliament between 2001 and 2016.
In June 2020, President Yoweri Museveni appointed Kasamba as NRM party Director Mobilisation and Cadre Development.
