The state minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs Mwesigwa Rukutana has challenged Ugandans to take the advantage of the viable development that NRM government achieved for the last three decades.
The message was contained in a speech read for him by his political assistant, Priscah Tumusiime while delivering remaining 70 iron sheets on top of 270 iron sheets he had delivered before for the roofing the church Tower of Kakarwe church of Uganda in Rukanda archdeaconry in Ngoma sub county Rushenyi county Ntungamo District.
Tumusiime noted that the government has done its part of developmental programmes such as peace, health facilities roads, schools, safe water and electricity adding that it’s now their role to use all infrastructures for individual wealth at house hold level.
She commended the role being played by the religious leaders for the work done in complementing government in its efforts to offer services to the population on top of spreading the word of God.
Tumusiime also thanked the people of Kakarwe, Ngoma and Rushenyi County for supporting Rukutana, who is also the deputy Attorney General of Uganda and MP Rushenyi, assuring them to fulfill all what he pledged during elections.
The chairperson construction committee Kakarwe COU, Enock Muriisa praised minister Rukutana for being a good leader and thanked him for fulfilling his pledge of 340 Iron sheets.
