Police releases list of Uganda’s top 34 con men and women

Conning is one of those silent vices that are taking shape in the society and spreading everywhere at a fast rate.

We are sure most of you have heard of the tricks of conmen [women] and even some could be victims of this vice. Tricksters are people who employ dubious methods in order to extort money from the public.

These conmen take advantage of people’s ignorance to trick them into false deals that rob them of their precious assets and hard earned cash.

The funny part is that when one is conned, the public accuses him/her of not being sharp enough to notice fraudsters.

In such situations, people or the responsible authorities like Police ought to come up with solutions to the problem at hand. Some solutions include exposing the culprits, putting a bounty against them among others.

Here is the list of the top 34 con men and women, according to Uganda Police:
