Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine is set to graduate on Friday from the US based prestigious Harvard University where he has been undertaking a course of Leadership in 21st Century.

The course is steered at sharpening future political leaders and it costs around USD 20,000.

Bobi Wine is going to be the second MP in Uganda to have attained the qualification after former Soroti Municipality legislator Captain Mike Mukula.

The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (also known as Harvard Kennedy School and HKS) is a public policy and public administration school, of Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States.
