Gen Kale Kayihura has revealed that security has arrested people in connection with the murder in cold blood of the assistant inspector of police.
Gen Kayihura who was speaking to mourners at Andrew Felix Kaweesi’s ancestral home in Kitwekyanjovu in Kyanzanga, Lwengo district, said, police was doing everything to keep the country safe and they have started arresting suspects in the murder of AIGP Kaweesi together with his bodyguard and driver.
“As we talk now we have already arrested some people, even as I was sitting here I received a phone call”, he said while responding to critics that police was doing nothing about arresting criminals.
