Kampala City Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago has lauded a police officer for being well disciplined.

Yesterday at Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo during a football match between KCCA FC and Premioro FC, a well dressed police officer welcomed Lukwago wholeheartedly and gave him a salute.

In his facebook post, Lukwago praised the officer for his professionalism exhibited but downsized the government’s urge to turn the disciplined officers into instruments of terror, persecution and oppression.

“I would like to commend this police officer for the professionalism exhibited at Phillip Omondi Stadium Lugogo this afternoon. You will wonder why the NRM regime would turn such disciplined officers into instruments of terror, persecution and oppression,” Lukwago posted.
