President Museveni has said why he is a happy man these days and laughed off all angry Ugandans.
The President who was in Omollo today said he is happy because Uganda was today very peaceful country.
The President also said with peace around the country, the revenue has also improved.
“For me am a very happy man these days, there is peace all over the ctry, the army is strong, revenue has improved,” said Museveni.
He however warned to sack district accounting officers and district education officials if they don’t perform.
