City socialite Herbert Shonga believes that all will be well for his ex-wife Dorothy Shonga because she is innocent.
Dorothy is currently eyeing a life imprisonment sentence, after she was arrested together with her partner Collins Magalasi and Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) spokesperson Patrick Maulidi and charged with fraud, money laundering and entering into procurement with an employee.
However, despite the said allegations, Herbert believes that his baby mama is innocent of all crimes she is being accused for.
Herbert gave his thoughts through social media on Wednesday, after he shared a video comforting his son to remain strong, saying that “it’s gonna be well son, hang in there superman, dad is coming to fetch you soon”.
And in the comment box, one of his concerned fans requested him to come out and defend Dorothy like he used to.
“Your ex-wife was stealing from our poor Malawi unfortunately Malawians wont let her get away with it. Save her Habib please, do it for me like her booty,” a one Cynthia Edgar Chisasale Msumba said.
But Herbert was quick to declare Dorothy’s innocence, stating that “She needs no saving because she is innocent’.
The half Ugandan-Malawian couple officially divorced a few months ago after Dorothy constantly accusing her husband of infidelity.
“I am coming for both cars because the purchase money transfers directly came from my account and both log books are in my names. I have seen your prostitutes driving the cars as well you forgot their genesis. They spend nights in my bed and wear my clothes as I hassle to take care of out children. Your children are living a good life because I work so hard for them as you look for skirts to undress,” Dorothy recently lamented.
