Fast raising dancehall artiste John Kasadha alias John Blaq is proving to be unstoppable. After a couple of hits and awards, the singer has now confirmed that he is working on a multi-million deal with Pepsi.

The singer alleged that soft drinks firm sent scouts to Uganda who met with him during the 2019 Zzina Awards gala that happened at Theatre Labonita.

During the gala, John Blaq bagged three awards – Best Dancehall artiste, Best Dancehall song and Breakthrough artiste – which was quite impressive for the visiting scouts.

The ‘Bubadi’ hit maker confirmed that he is currently in talks with the company for a possible collaboration with one of the world’s big artistes, on a music project that will be targeting the youths.

However during an interview with Galaxy FM, John Blaq claimed that the negotiations are still on a primary stage, and he is not yet sure of which artiste he will be working with, but promised to share the news when the deal is closed.

The soft drink has worked with many big names worldwide, such as  footballers like Leone Messi, Mohammad Salah, and musicians like Beyonce, Konshens, Davido among others, and possibly John Blaq might also join this list.

John Blaq is only months in the music industry but has managed to make a name for self given the uniqueness of his voice, and his club bangers like Obubadi, Tukwatagane, Program, Sweet love among others that have secured him a place in the industry.
