Musician David Lutaalo unceremoniously left a meeting aimed to de-campaign the new proposed performing bill after confusion ensued even before talks could kick off.

The confusion stemmed from a clash between artistes and Jahazi Pier management on Friday over access to the facility.

Jahazi Pier management was surprised on seeing artistes and journalists storming the venue without permission or prior booking.

The meeting was organised by Eddy Kenzo, who was yet to arrive or pay when Lutaalo walked out.

Several minutes later, the closed door meeting started, under the chairmanship of John Segawa, who started by ordering all artistes ‘with negative vibes’ to leave.

He was flanked by his lawyer who was meant to help them with legal issues

In attendance is Geoffrey Lutaaya, Kenzo, Mary Bata, Nubian Li and the entire Fire Base, Dr Hilderman, Ronald Mayinja, Dr Tee, Kabako, Lyto Boss, Bugingo Hannigton, Wycliff Luyombya.
