Tanzanian and East African super star Diamond Platnumz alongside his protege Harmonize at Wasafi records are taking Tanzanian music to a whole new level. The award winning star and his label mate have set a new youtube record for the most viewed East African song globally in just a month.
The song called Kwangwaru by Harmonize featuring Diamond has hit a cool 10 million views in just a month becoming the single most viewed song from this region across the globe. He is also one of the most followed African artistes on youtube with over 10 million subscribers to his name.
Diamond who is a multiple international award winning artiste only comparable to Eddie Kenzo locally just a few months back broke up with Ugandan South Africa based Socialite Zari Hassan with whom she had two daughters Nillan and Tiffah in their romance that lasted a few years.
Many thought his career would take a dip but it has gone the opposite direction as he has continued to release more hits and hook up with his former baby mamas and a couple of other socialites like Hamisa Mobeto to mention but a few.
