Well, come 5th May at Uganda Museum for the second edition of Fish Festival you will be disapproved by your assumption.
Slay queens have already warmed for the big day to experience the wonderful taste of different fish species prepared in several forms ranging from fish pizza, fish fillet, ekibeero, Ekikalayi among others.
This time round over 100 fish species will be exhibited at the fest and revelers will have a swipe to eat any fish of their choice as prepared by experienced chefs at affordable prices.
The finest eat outs in town that will take part in the fest include Go Fish, Cassava Republic among others.
Go fish will offer an opportunity to the fans to pick live fish of their choice and prepare it in the desired form.
According to the event organizer Betty Aliba, revelers will have an opportunity to network with the entire fish supply chain from fisher men, farmers, investors and researchers to allow them deliberate on every ones role in ensuring sustainable supply.
Entrance fee will be 10k for adults whereas 5k for kids.
