United States Ambassador Deborah Malac has called on the world to visit Uganda.

Hill Water

Amb Malac who was visiting the Entebbe’s Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (Uwec).

“Uganda has changed. The Pearl of Africa resonates well and many want to visit,” said Malac.

Before Malac, the Japanese ambassador also visited Uwec.
The diplomats had the behind scenes experience with animals including with cheetahs and elephant. The elephant and cheetahs were rescued from the wild when they were abandoned by their parents while still babies.
Uwec is an educational and conservation place for animals. It’s the place that serves as the window to Uganda’s national parks.

Visitors to Uwec enjoy the sight of other animals and birds including the incredible shoebill, python, buffalos, lions, leopards, among others.

Also here is the longest beach on Uganda’s Lake Victoria and an adventure filled forest walk path.
