President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has reshuffled the Resident District Commissioners (RDCs), Resident City Commissioners (RCCs) and deputies.
“In Exercise of the Powers conferred upon the President of the Republic of Uganda by Articles 99 and 203 of the 1995 Constitution (as amended); I hereby, appoint the following persons as Resident District /City Commissioners, Deputies and Commissioners at the RDC Secretariat,” he said.
