Police in Sheema are holding a 39 year old man for defiling his 8 year old biological daughter.
Mushabe Amuson, the suspect, allegedly picked his daughter from her bedroom at night around 2 am on Tuesday, took her to his bedroom.
Mushabe raped and defiled his daughter who is in top class when his wife had escorted a friend in labor to the hospital.
According to ASP Bibian Akong the OC CID Sheema, the suspect is a resident of Ryakasinga ward, Shuuku town council in Sheema district.
After his arrest, Mushabe asked Police for forgiveness saying that he was told by a friend that sleeping with his own daughter would be a remedy to alcoholism.
The defiled minor told our reporter that her father forced her into the act stressing that had it not been the brother who made an alarm, the man wasn’t ready to stop.
