Police in Mbarara City South division Mbarara City is holding a woman by the names of Namale Sumaya who has been appearing in a viral video where she stripped a female juvenile,15, naked and assaulted her in public on Saturday at around 2pm in Katete ward Nyamitanga division.
The suspect was torturing the juvenile on allegations that she had stolen clothes from the her home where she has been working as a house maid.
According to the Rwizi regional police spokesperson Samson Kasasira, the suspect Namale is in police custody as inquiries into her actions are investigated.
