Rusangara Musiramu, 65, a casual laborer has died after drinking too much alcohol.

The deceased had been in Uganda for ten years, living in Rubaya sub county of Kabale district.

He was discovered dead on Thursday morning along the road at Buramba village/parish in Rubaya sub county Kabale district.

Elly maate,the kigezi region police spokesperson has confirmed the development.

“Police of Rubaya was notified, visited the scene and established that the deceased has no marks or injury on his body but was known to be a habitual drunkard something primarily suspected to be the cause of his death. Police from CPS Kabale has gone to the scene and body will be taken to Kabale referral hospital mortuary for postmortem, “Maate said.
