Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UNCCI) has appointed Mr Mohammed Kaliisa as a Non-Executive Director in charge of foreign commercial relations.

Kaliisa, currently President and CEO of REMAX Uganda- an American real estate franchising company, has vast experience in business management with excellent entrepreneurship skills and is a Public-private partnerships (PPP) specialist.

In addition to possessing a Masters Degree in International Business, Kaliisa has over 20 years of International interdisciplinary exposure that he comes with to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This website understands that he will be focusing on foreign business relations, link foreign businesses with local businesses, help to identify business opportunities and encourage partnerships.

UNCCI is the oldest nation-wide umbrella organization for the private sector in Uganda that promotes and protects interests of the business community in all sectors of the economy.

It was set up in 1933 advocates for appropriate economic policies and interventions that encourage a favourable business and investment climate to enhance their members’capacity to grow and operate their business efficiently.
