Bobi Wine: I am not ready for any verbal war with Museveni and his friends.

Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi has said that he has taken a decision to ignore every direct criticism from President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his friends.

Kyagulanyi who is also known as Bobi Wine added that he is not ready to go in verbal war with anyone but has chosen to focus on helping the needy Ugandans.

Last week president Museveni while addressing Kampala City Youth at State House Entebbe urged them not to vote people like Kyagulanyi and Kato Lubwama whose jobs are to sing for people and they laugh.

“You have always voted for people who are not credible, people are fronting Bobi Wine for what? That one is a musician. If you are a musician go to Zana we used to have a night club and Nankulabye to sing. Politics is not about singing,” said Museveni

Museveni added that last year while in Arua Kyagulanyi provoked his soldiers and was beaten up. “Bobi Wine is always provoking forces and we shall not allow that one.”

However, on Sunday while delivering 100 bags of cement to Lusanja evictions victims, Kyagulanyi said that Uganda has a lot of issues that leaders like Museveni should focus on instead of attacking other people verbally

“Since I joined politics I have received very many verbal attacks recently you heard one of fiscal policy, the way people were attacked me all over social media. Now even president the fountain of honour has embarked on the same but for me, I have not timed for any verbal wars,” said Kyagulanyi

He added that Uganda has many pressing issues that need urgent attention from leaders other than verbal exchanges without solutions.
