Margaret Mayiga, has opened a modern nursery school in Bwebajja along Entebbe Road.
Margaret is a wife to Buganda Prime Minister (Katikkiro) Charles Peter Mayiga.
The nursery school, with all the amenities needed for a child’s education, is called Kids and Love Kindergarten and Nursery School.
Mrs Mayiga, a Human Resource professional quit her job at Makerere University Johns Hopkins University Research Collaboration last year to concentrate on the school project.
Highly trained nursery teachers and caretakers have been recruited through an elaborative process drawing on Mrs Mayiga’s core strength — human resource management. She is working as a director and responsible for everything at the school.
The school has a license from the Ministry of Education and is said to be linked to kindergartens in other countries.
