Women beach soccer clubs have shown high interest after confirming the dates for the kick off of the ladies beach soccer league.
This was in a meeting that was organized by the Chairman Uganda Beach Soccer Association (UBSA) Mr. Deo Mutabazi at the FUFA Special Interest Group offices (SIG) in Lungujja.
Namatovu Sharon,the league MVP and top scorer said that she is not set to let anyone utilize her chance.
On this note, Namatovu advised all her competitors to come while prepared.
In the meeting, it was discussed and agreed that the league should start on Sunday 9th of September 2018 at Lido beach Entebbe, where all clubs must have been licensed by the federation.
Mutesa 1Royal University is the defending champion for the trophy and clubs like KIU, Alphoenix,Buganda Royal,Talented,Entebbe ladies and many more are expected to be part of this tournament.
