Deputy chief justice Owiny-Dollo has directed that petitions challenging the No Age Limit law should be heard outside Kampala.
Owiny told petitioners including Gerald Karuhanga and 5 others challenging Speaker Rebecca Kadaga that their cases will be heard in the Mbale High Court on April 04, 2018.
During the Tuesday conferencing at the Constitutional Court, Owiny-Dollo told all the petitioners through their lawyers that they will have to bear their costs to Mbale to follow up their cases.
It is not clear why the deputy chief justice who replaced Stephen Kavuma made the ruling of that nature.
