President Museveni is not stickler to dress codes. He loves being free in his dressing, and that’s why he would put on his army uniform which he seems he’s most comfortable in. Sometimes he would not tuck in his shirts but still remain casual smart.

In Nairobi at Uhuru Kenyatta’s swearing in, the Uganda president was one of the top dignitaries, most especially as the chairman of the East African Community.
The president sat with his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame, a student of Museveni, one of the beneficiaries of the Ugandan leader’s discipline, but not his dressing. Kagame pays attention to his dress code and looks.
Now social media has picked on the two leaders shoes. Clearly, the pair belonging to President Museveni has been with him for some time. Someone wondered if it’s asking for age limits.
