Due to the ongoing gruesome killings in the country, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kale Kayihura has come up with a quick solution which he thinks can combat the evil vice.
The police boss now wants all girls and women in relationships to be registered.
Addressing the residents of Katabi in Entebbe today, Kayihura said cheating is one of the causes of Wakiso women serial murders that have seen over 24 women brutally killed in the last four months in Wakiso district.
Kayihura said although he doesn’t know how this will be done, it must be done.
