Of Late, Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director Jennifer Musisi has been exhibiting friendly and people’s person tactics to the general public and it has left many wondering what really has come over to the renown ‘sworn enemy’ of Kampala people.
For the past one or two months, Musisi has been so humble, so born again and down to earth. She has been appearing into the public eye, making friends with low class people and early this week she did the unexpected when made friendship with a man with disabilities only identified as John and she pledged to pay school fees for his kids as well as bettering his life.
And who doesn’t remember when she kneeled before the queen of Buganda Kingdom Sylvia Nagginda before the public? And who doesn’t know that Musisi is now hobnobbing with her former enemy the city Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago?
Well Jennifer’s public relations team is really doing a great job to make turn her into a darling in the city.
