News reaching our desk indicates that former tourism minister Maria Mutagamba is very ill, and unconscious.
Mutagamba, who quit competitive politics in 2010, has been hospitalized at Case Hospital in Kampala where she is reportedly in a lot of pain.
Our sources say Mutagamba cannot talk or recognize people around her in the hospital.
Mutagamba, quit politics and concentrated on organizing Miss Tourism beauty pageant, under the ministry of her post. Previously, she had been minister of water and environment.
