The spate of killings in Masaka, Teso and other parts of the country is organized, says Charles Rwomushana, a security expert.
Rwomushana who was appearing on Radio Simba on Saturday morning said the ongoing criminal activities in different parts of the country including Masaka, Teso, Luwero, Rwenzori, and Mpigi had a central command structure and should be a cause for concern.
He compared the attacks to the Rwenzori region of Bundibugyo and Kasese in 2013 which left hundreds.
