As long as Kawempe North Lord Councillor Muhammad Ssegirinya is still in the public eye, Ugandans will always enjoy unpaid for comedy from the controversial politician.

While in United Arabs Emirates (UAE), Ssegirinya tried to structure a plan to ensure that Ugandans rotting in Dubai prisons are rescued but his efforts proved fruitless since he came back with nothing apart from embarrassments from Dubai Authorities.

Hill Water

When he landed in Uganda, the lord councilor vowed not to give up until his voice is heard and put into consideration.

Among the alternatives he had in mind was to petition the Uganda Parliament today so that it considers some ways of saving Ugandans being arrested in UAE.

Not far from that, today morning while smartly clad in a suit plus his usual tie, Ssegirinya in company of his diehards matched to parliament with the planned petition.

He tried to beg the police officers at Parliament entrance to let him in but it seemed the officers already had a solution for the Councilor.

They tried to arrest him but when Ssegirinya saw a narrow space for escape; he immediately took off far away from the parliament premises.

The officers tried to chase after him but the chap had what we call ‘gas’, they couldn’t match his speed.
