The summit of the EAC was supposed to happen on 5 n 6th April. Burundi has requested its postponement as they will be celebrating the life of President Cyprien Ntaryamira who was assassinated in Kigali in 1994 when the plane he was traveling was hit by SAM Soviet made missiles.
