Kampala – Entebbe Expressway has been fitted with Anti glare screens that are going to protect road users and motorists in different directions from the light interference.

Allan Ssempebwa, the public relations manager Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) said that the anti glare screens are going to protect the road users and motorists from accidents caused by too much light while riding or walking on this road.

“Anti glare screens therefore removes the effect of light to ensure no conflict of light thereby safeguarding safety of road users along the Expressway.” Ssempebwa said.

There are many causes of road accidents and the most vulnerable are the pedestrians therefore the anti glare screens are going to be of great help in controlling accidents on the Kampala – Entebbe Expressway.
