Senior presidential advisor Tamale Mirundi has lost his voice.
Mirundi who has a show on NBS television every Tuesday morning, turned up but could not speak properly.
However Mirundi was quick to offer an apology for his voice, saying, he has an allergy which attacks him now and then.
The former press secretary struggled to talk through the show hosted by Muwanga Lutaaya.
