Singer Qute Kaye has denied ever having any relationship with former dancehall singer Gloria Ingabire alias Pretty Glo.
A few years ago, the two former music stars made headlines when their drug addiction problems pushed them into the world of crime. Pretty Glo was nabbed stealing a mobile phone and money down town, just a few months after her ‘lover’ Kaye was caught stealing a car headlamp in Busega.
And when asked why she was engaging in petty theft, Pretty Glo explained that she and the father of her child Qute Kaye are no longer working yet their baby was sick.
This is when several people came out to support the struggling family, and reports had it that Kaye’s family took the baby from the couple and sent them to rehabilitation. But recently Kaye resurfaced again looking sober, healthy and ready to pick up his music career again.
Speaking about his relationship with Pretty Glo on Spark TV’s Live Wire on Tuesday, Kaye said that he doesn’t know anyone who goes by that name in life.
And about having a child with her, he said that having children is a beautiful thing but he doesn’t have a kid with anyone who is called Pretty Glo.
“I would rather not say much about that because we probably might have to sound different to some people outside there, but then uuhhmm, I really don’t know what to tell you. But I don’t really know her (Pretty Glo),” he said.
