This after Abenakyo, on Saturday, December 8 made history as she was crowned Miss World 2018- Africa.
She joined Miss Belarus (Europe), Miss Mexico ( Americas), Miss Jamaica – (Caribbean), Miss Thailand (Asia & Oceania) as other Continental winners, in the process defeating Miss Mauritius, Murielle Ravina to become the first Ugandan to make it into the top 30, then 12 and finally best three.
