As Nation Media Group (NMG) continues to make changes in a bid to cut down costs in the country, a number of employees have already lost their jobs whereas others are still in fear of being rendered jobless soon.
Now information reaching our desk indicates that NTV’s ‘The Beat’ show host Douglas Lwanga and his producer Shawn Segawa have been reportedly shown exit.
It is alleged that Lwanga is to be replaced by former T-Nation presenters Sheilah Gashumba and Chrystal Panda.
Recently, Daily Monitor Managing Director Tony Glencross was made overall CEO of NMG Uganda, Moses Ssesanga took over as group human resources manager while Daniel Kalinaki took over as editorial director.
Meanwhile, a number of editors and sub-editors were also shown exit.
