Saturday 4, March is a day which many revelers will live to remember following a successful fashions event which was held at an exclusive upscale 5Star venue known as Crystal BallRoom in Boston.
The highly anticipated event which was themed “The Diaspora Event ” An African attire or Formal Affair, saw fashion designers and fashion lovers gather to have a glimpse of what fashion really means.
The event was organized by none other than, Alvin Kasule,an events guru of Alvin DripEvents based in Boston.
Many fashion designers like Joe Malaika , Amooti and Afrisent which are all ran by Ugandan designers in the diaspora alongside Soodee and Jewelinga graced the event.
According to Kasule, his major mission in organizing exclusive events is about uniting people under one roof and creating an everlasting impression and that’s why his deejay selection ranged from Ethiopia, Nigeria , Sierra Leone , Haiti among others.
The evening started off with a VIP Red carpet reception and the organizers paid so much attention and didn’t neglect any detail and that’s why
everyone in Boston is still talking about how exclusive the Diaspora event went down. It featured fashion show, performances and everyone danced the night away.
What made the event so special from others was the classy fashion sense. Alvin saluted Ayo, a Nigerian who owns Entity Entertainment, and one of the organisers of the Saturday event.
