It’s the dream of every man to make his wife happy by providing for her and the family to the fullest. That’s why many women out here say they wish to be married to a rich man or a hardworking man who they know would not find it hard to provide anything they need. But happiness in a marriage does not only come with the provision of basic needs, but also the need for conjugal rights or sexual satisfaction.

In Kenya, for example, it is punishable to a partner in marriage not to satisfy the other partner sexually. More so we have seen many cases of women in courts in need of legal advice on their husbands whom they claim cannot satisfy them sexually.

We met a one Benson Kasioki from central Kenya and he shares his story on how he could not meet her wife’s sexual needs. He says they have been in marriage for three years now and his wife has kept complaining of his incapabilities to satisfy her sexually.

“We are always at loggerheads with my wife, because she claims I don’t satisfy her sexually.” He says that he experiences premature ejaculation and that has been the reason why he can’t satisfy his wife’s body needs.

Issues of premature ejaculation, inability to erect or ejaculate, or not feeling the urge to mate have been common with this generation of men. Many of them don’t talk about it nor even ask for advice from other people. They fear that if they shared the information to other people, they feel ashamed because at time stigmatizations comes about from people whispering about their condition without their knowledge.

Benson says it is his first time that they are sharing his condition, he has never shared it with anyone else, but he says by so doing many men out there will come out and seek help because most suffer under the curtain silently.

“I visited the hospital for a checkup that’s when I was told I could not ejaculate.”

The doctor told him this was the adverse effect of chewing khat that he has been doing ever since he was young due to its availability in his locality. The doctors told him that. He tried to get treatment thereafter but after using the medicine he was given he never noticed any change. He moved from hospital to hospital trying to seek treatment for his inability to ejaculate but never got cured, told him that his condition was in its adverse stage and reversing it was totally impossible. The pressure was still a problem since his wife threatened to get sexual satisfaction from other men outside the marriage.

“I got a breakthrough when I met this herbalist,” he says. One day as he was surfing on the internet he came across a website www.kiwangadoctors.com. After he opened it he found out that it belonged to a traditional herbalist, that had testimonies of helping men with similar conditions. With no hesitation, he contacted Dr. Kiwanga and met him the following day.

“I was put under herbal medication for three days.” He went to try it out on the fourth day after treatment and learned that he could ejaculate fully as a normal man.

“I now enjoy sex since I now ejaculate like a normal man; I now take this opportunity to thank Kiwanga Doctors. I can now satisfy my wife sexually.” He further advises anyone with similar problems to visit Kiwanga Doctors for solutions. The doctors also treat diseases like Pneumonia, lung cancer among others, and they also cast real and genuine spells in the world like Money spells, Black magic spells, and many others.
