When it comes to ladies, their facial appearance is more important than any other body part, and on several occasions they are ever on a look out for new ideas on how to maintain a good and radiant facial skin.

Well look further, here is a simple solution to help you have that desirable facial appearance.

Before going to bed, follow these simple beauty routines and trust me your skin problems will be history in just a few days.

Wash your face

It should be a point for ladies to wash their faces before going to bed, this helps to remove dirt, makeup and excess oils, especially if they are not natural oils (Produced by the skin) from the face. This leaves skin pores open and free from bacteria thus reducing on chances of pimple development.

Washing the face with warm water is a plus for your skin.

Dry your face

The face has the most delicate skin on the body so when drying it, it’s advised to always use a soft dry towel. Rub the towel slowly and gently on the facial skin to avoid causing irritation and inflammations on your face. This leaves your skin clean and free from bacteria.

Use pads

Alternatively, if you are somewhere or travelling and can’t find a water point, you can always substitute water with a wet pad or wipes. And just like water, wipes help remove dirt and makeup from your face, giving your facial skin room to breathe. This routine leaves no room for pimple development.

Use lotion

After washing and drying the skin, apply lotion, glycerin or any moisturizer that you have to prevent the skin from drying especially if your skin isn’t oily. These moisturizers help to penetrate into the skin when the body is resting thus keeping your skin moisturized, radiant, smooth and soft.

Take a glass of water

A glass of water before bed should be added on your to do list before going to bed if you want to look good. Water helps to hydrated and replenishes the skin tissues to increase its elasticity, (prevents aging). Taking water everyday helps to maintain the optimal body temperature thus leaving the skin fresh, soft and glowing all the time.

Brush your teeth

It’s always very important to brush your teeth before going to bed to keep your dental in a good condition, a beautiful skin with decayed teeth isn’t something you can be proud of.
