Here is nothing that bothers ladies as pimples and scars on their faces, but did you know that there are routines you can follow to prevent pimples from developing?

Well, if pimples have been your problems, worry not for we are going to share with tips on how to prevent your skin from developing pimples.

Clean your face

A pimple free face starts with cleanliness, always wash your face gently with a cleanser or warm water at least twice a day to keep your face free from dirt, bacteria and excessive oil that may block the skin pore, thus making your face prone to pimple formation.

Proper bathing habits

The face is one of the most sensitive parts of the body and when washing it, we are advised to scrub the face skin with a soft pad or washcloths. Constant use of rough pads cause skin irritations and inflammations thus making pimple development easy.

Use Oil free skin care products

Applying moisturizers and skincare products maybe good but can result into pimple development if one fails to choose a product that suits their skin.

Some skincare products are often intended for use on dry or mature skin that may not have as much natural oil, but if you use them when your skin is already oily, the excess oils tend to clog into the skin pores thus resulting to pimples.

Change bedding constantly

To attain a pimple free face, you are also advised to change bed sheets and pillow cases at least twice a week. This helps to reduce the buildup of dead skin cells, bacteria and oils that may in return cause pimple development.

Keep the hair clean

Some ladies have a tendency of spending over two months without washing their hair but this is bad for the facial skin. Experts say that excess oils in the hair travel to the face making you prone to pimples development. Wash your hair regularly to keep your skin free from pimples.

Stop picking or popping pimples

I know, it’s always temping to squeeze a pimple the moment it forms on the skin, actually this is a habit that most of us are guilty about, but this always makes pimples worse and leads to formation of scars.

One is advised to use tropical treatment instead, it might not be so effective at that moment, but at least they prevent new pimples from forming.

Good eating habits

What we eat also tells a lot about our skins, eating fruits, vegetables and water guarantee a pimple free face. Fruits contain vitamin C and E that help to open the skin pores thus preventing skin clogging from happening. But oily foods make pimples worse.
