Fish Festival: Revelers assured of enough fish

Fish lovers are are going to eat until they drop after being assured by Fish Festival organizers that plenty of fish in different kinds are going to be in place come 5th May, 2018 at Uganda Museum.

According to Perfect events, on the big day there will be enough supply of fish thus assuring revelers that they will live to remember the second edition of the fest.

The team is working with restaurants and hotels to ensure fans get value for their money by ensuring different fish species is prepared in different forms say fish pizza, fish fillet, ekibeero, Ekikalayi among others.

The team is also working hand in hand with the Directorate of Fisheries, Federation for Fish processors and Transporters of Uganda (FFOU), Uganda Fisheries and Fish Conservation Association (UFFCA ) to ensure over 100 fish species from all the water bodies of the country including the rare electric fish are exhibited.

Fish Fest organizers perfect events with Uganda Fisheries and Fish Conservation Association (UFFCA) and the Federation of Fish Processors and Transporters Association (FFOU)

Fish will be fetched from Uganda’s water bodies including but not limited to Lake Victoria , lake Albert, lake Kyoga, River Nile for exhibition.

Fish vendors like Go Fish shall also exhibit their fish and shall give fans an opportunity to pick live fish of their interest directly from their aquariums and will be prepared in the desired form.
