President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni gave shs7.2 million to women in Dokolo as capital that will help them to increase on their earnings.
President Museveni gave out this money during International Women’s Day celebrations that were held in Dokolo district on Wednesday.
Women in the area are faced with a problem of inadequate capital which could be used to start up businesses to help improve their lives.
Museveni advised women not to give up that they should work hard so that they are able to provide for their families.
Women were very thankful to the President and promised to use the money profitably.
