### Sudhir Ruparelia Unveils One-10 Apartments: A New Era of Luxury Living in Kampala’s Heart

**Kampala, Uganda – September 10, 2025, 06:10 PM EAT** – Artistic impressions of the ambitious One-10 Apartment Tower, the latest jewel in Ugandan tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia’s real estate crown, flooded social media platforms today, sparking widespread excitement among residents and investors. Dubbed a game-changer for upscale accommodations in Kampala, the project promises to redefine urban lifestyles in the bustling capital, blending modern architecture with premium amenities in the prestigious Kololo neighborhood.

The One-10 Apartments, officially unveiled earlier this year by the Ruparelia Group, represent a significant leap in Uganda’s luxury real estate sector. Rising 15 stories on Prince Charles Drive, the tower boasts 156 premium units, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom options ranging from 183 to 250 square meters. Originally redeveloped from a smaller structure, the building’s name nods to its initial 10 apartments, now expanded into a 17-storey masterpiece that emphasizes sophistication and convenience. Artistic renders circulating online depict curved, orange-hued facades with expansive glass balconies overlooking palm-lined grounds, evoking a resort-like vibe amid the city’s hustle.

Sudhir Ruparelia, Uganda’s foremost real estate magnate and founder of the Ruparelia Group, has positioned One-10 as a benchmark for high-end living. “This development is not just about bricks and mortar; it’s about creating a lifestyle that matches global standards right here in Kampala,” Ruparelia stated in a recent announcement. The project aligns with his portfolio of iconic ventures, including Kingdom Kampala and the newly completed Pearl Tower One, which together are transforming the city’s skyline.

Social media buzz intensified today with users sharing renders and speculating on the tower’s impact. Posts on platforms like X highlight the project’s appeal, with one user noting how Ruparelia is “single-handedly decorating Kampala’s skyline.” The images, showing twin towers amid tropical greenery, have garnered thousands of views, fueling discussions on affordable luxury amid Uganda’s housing deficit. Real estate experts point to escalating land values in prime areas like Kololo, Nakasero, and Naguru, where high-density projects like One-10 are replacing outdated homes to meet demand for modern amenities.

Priced competitively for sale, the apartments cater to affluent buyers seeking security, panoramic views, and facilities like gyms, pools, and co-working spaces—features often lacking in traditional Kampala developments. The three-bedroom variants, for instance, offer spacious layouts ideal for families, while four-bedroom penthouses provide exclusivity. This launch comes as Uganda’s real estate market booms, driven by economic growth and foreign investment. Ruparelia’s ventures have already injected billions into the economy, creating jobs and boosting infrastructure.

Critics, however, raise concerns about accessibility for average Ugandans, given the 2.4 million-unit housing shortage. Yet, proponents argue that projects like One-10 elevate standards, attracting diaspora and expatriates. As renders continue to trend, the tower symbolizes Ruparelia’s vision for a vibrant, world-class Kampala.

With construction progressing rapidly—evidenced by on-site scaffolding in shared videos—the One-10 Apartments are set to welcome residents soon, marking another milestone for Uganda’s leading developer.

For more details, interested buyers can visit the official site or contact the Ruparelia Group.
