For over a week now, events emcee and television star Edwin Katamba aka MC Kats has been going through a rough time ever since some ‘evil people’ said he is poor man.
The MC who traveled to United Kingdom recently alongside friends like DJ Slick Stuart, Roja, Grenade, Fik Fameica and A Pass, allegedly for a music show, kept on sharing photos of his cars, plots of land among other belongings on social media to prove a point that he is rich.
Possibly after failing to prove his point, reports have it that the pencil sized presenter stubbed himself with a knife on Tuesday morning with a motive of ending his life, only to be saved by his friends who acted quickly and called Paramedics to intervene.
Sources say that the NBS TV after5 show host is currently admitted in one of the hospitals in East London and his health is still in a very delicate state.
This news was confirmed by Kats’ friend, DJ Slick Stuart, who called upon people to pray for him.
“Paramedics got hands on it. We’ll wait to hear from them. Brother needs help…it’s sad and terrible,” Slick Stuart said.
Kats’s troubles started a few days ago when he opened a war with former friend, Producer Sidesoft for allegedly stealing his money mounting to Shs7 million, however, the producer denied the allegation and claimed that if Kats continues to spoil his name, he was going to produce his (Kats) dirty secrets.
Sidesoft further said that Kats had a serious mental problem and he urgently needed help.
”Kats is mentally unstable that’s why he always behaves like a mad person, people close to him know about his mental sickness,” Sidesoft said recently.
